False Advertising I looked at a vehicle online and went to the store to see it. The car was advertised as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. When I arrived I was told it wa I looked at a vehicle online and went to the store to see it. The car was advertised as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. When I arrived I was told it was not CPO and in fact they wouldn't even honor the factory warranty since it was not the original owner. I left the dealership and left a complaint on their website. I then got a phone call and was again told that they would not honor the warranty. The next day I got an e mail from the internet manager who said the car did have a CPO Warranty and they would honor it. When they sent me the pricing sheet for the car though they had raised the price of the vehicle. They still refused to honor the advertised price with the warranty. I would not waste your time with this dealership. More
