Absolutely worst experience with a dealership ever! First we were scheduled to see a car and the day before the manager chose to take the car for the weekend so we had to wait. Then we go and test driv First we were scheduled to see a car and the day before the manager chose to take the car for the weekend so we had to wait. Then we go and test drive it and it was making a loud noise in the back after he returned from his trip. They tried to act like nothing was wrong. We pushed them and they agreed to fix it and we came back after putting a deposit down and they claimed to have fixed it but we still heard the sound. We got a rental for the week and drove back to Orlando for the third time and the repair appeared to be fixed. Or at least the noise had stopped. However, we were also told the recall was fixed and provided paperwork and come to find out 2 months into owning the car the warranty was never repaired. They lied and they covered it up by printing out paperwork to support it. Not only that but the commutation from every employee was absolutely terrible. We set up appointments to show up and the employee wouldn’t be there. The third time we showed up with an appointment they thought we were there to buy a new car. They thought we were new clients. They lie constantly!! When we got our own financing with our bank they tacked another $1,000 on the car because of it. All around it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend anyone to purchase from Greenway!! More
