Individuals are not welcoming and do not show any interest in helping. when using the IVR to connect with the service department for a vehicle being worked on, no one answers the call. My vehicle was there for a week with no status update being provided by KIA. i had to keep for a vehicle being worked on, no one answers the call. My vehicle was there for a week with no status update being provided by KIA. i had to keep calling for a status update. my vehicle was there for over a week for 2 windows where the motor stopped working. Customer service needs a huge improvement. More

The dealer was very responsive to identifying the problem with my new Sorrento when there was a manufacturing defect in the transfer case. I don’t think this should have happened with a car this new but the with my new Sorrento when there was a manufacturing defect in the transfer case.
