Had a good but long experience at Orlando Kia East I was not seeking to purchase a car on the day I visited Orlando Kia East. I went to this dealership as it was nearby to my home in Waterford Lakes I was not seeking to purchase a car on the day I visited Orlando Kia East. I went to this dealership as it was nearby to my home in Waterford Lakes and is the only Kia dealer in east Orlando currently. Their building is brand new and very clean and spotless inside with a TV viewing area and plush seats to sit in while waiting. I wish they had complimentary snacks like other dealers do (popcorn/water/sodas etc...). Maybe they could include this in the future. I was in a gas guzzler Honda Ridgeline truck and was upside down on the value with a remaining loan payoff more than the value of the vehicle. I wanted a more gas efficient car and Kia was first on my list. I had in mind a Kia Rio but was open to other models as long as the fuel mileage was acceptable. I also had no intention to purchase on this first visit. I met a sales person named Charlene Pillot who took the time to discuss and listed to what I wanted to accomplish. She told me the features of the KIa cars I asked about and walked me and my family to their new car lot across the street from their main building. After viewing both the 2015 Kia Rio and 2015 Soul I became more interested in the Soul as it was more comfortable inside and had more storage room. Charlene went and got 4 - 5 keys for each car on their lot I wanted to test drive and just sit inside of. Eventually my wife, daughter and I went back to their main building where Charlene started the negotiation process. What my wife and I did not like was the old traditional model of car dealer sales negotiation. It took nearly 2 hours for us to settle on a price going back and forth with Orlando Kia East. Finally we agreed and signed the forms to purchase a 2015 Kia Soul +. I liked the car and KIa Orlando East made it possible for me to get out of the gas guzzler Honda Ridgeline truck. My daughter even got to ring the big gong! Charlene was a great sales person, very accommodating and listened closely. She did her job well and made me and my family welcome. We then met with Hicham, the Sales and Finance Manager. Hicham is a high energy funny guy!! He completed our paperwork and we were done, about 6 hours later. Hicham even found a lower loan percentage rate the next day for us lowering my monthly payments! The next day I returned to drop off a spare key to the truck I had traded in. I then met the Service Advisor and Parts guy. Both were nice. Charlene went over the features of my new Soul and had it detailed and filled with a full tank of gas! I hope my positive experience with Orlando Kia East continues in the future as I will be bringing my Soul back for service here. The sales experience was somewhat high pressure however not rude or extreme. If you have patience to negotiate you can get a good deal. More

Immediately i felt at the beginning it was going downhill when i got handed off. Nothing was lied in my paperwork. i filled out paperwork was handed the keys felt i finally got a chance a few days later got a call asking how i was doing. Felt great. Keep in mind i left the lot with 200 down with 1600 promise for the following week. I delivered on that promise and was introduced to a 2007 ford focus faded and beating up interior. Faded door handles trunk. Everything that was black turned gray. I was told i was short 710 dollars for a new car. I average a little over 3000 a month. I was told i need to start small. So why wasn't small introduced from day one. I offered 1000 down and was told have a good night. I was completely ignored the rest of the evening no one wanted to talk. Associate lost her sale so i became irrelevant to her. I almost had faith from previous reviews and they were gone. I kept my promise and this dealership couldn't keep theres. More

Kirpal went out of his way to make this a pleasant purchase even better then the one 2 years ago when I drove out with my 2013 Optima. We could realize that he knows everything about his work, he explained all about that car clear but using the correct and technical words. In other hand, form the point of view of business, George did all his best to give us the best price, he gave us 4 prices trying to resolve our situation, in other financial conditions, we would have bought that car because the last price he gave us was irresistible. I am 59 years old and I never had the opportunity to work with that good seller. Finally, let me say that he has a very good temperament and that is very important because that kind of person is remembered and you come back to where you was well attended. More

At the time we did not expected to come out of the lot with a new car. The 2015 Kia Optima that I picked for my son had some scratches on both sides of the car. The car was sent to the painting shop to be fixing three times, after the third time we asked the dealer to swap the car for another (same color same type). Through all these events the Salesman Charlene Pillot worked with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle. She maintained communication with us including on her own personal time to make sure that everything was correct. Charlene told us that this was the first car that she ever sold. Her professionalism and attention to detail was surpassed. I will recommend that anyone that needs a new or old car to see her and experience her work ethics. More
