SERVICE not here First of all I love my Kia. Not to happy with the fuel economy. Estimated 36 MPG hwy. Actual 27 MPG hwy. I was there today for an oil change, new wipe First of all I love my Kia. Not to happy with the fuel economy. Estimated 36 MPG hwy. Actual 27 MPG hwy. I was there today for an oil change, new wipers, poor mileage, and windshield washers not working. I asked for specific numbers stored in the car's computer. They are diagnostic numbers that might indicate the reason for poor economy. They did not address the poor economy. "Everything is normal" they said. 35% lower than advertised MPG is not normal. The technicians notes said the windshield washers were not working. REALLY? I brought it there for that. Why even tell me? I'm covered by the factory warranty. Why not just fix it? They brought my car back in and fixed them. FYI As I waited I saw all their new cars had an addendum price sticker of $4000.00 added to the price. Basically $4000 for pin stripes and nitrogen in the tires. I am shopping for a new Kia for my wife. Won't be buying here! An experience not worth repeating. More

Unbelievable Customer Service... KP Saves Christmas! I can't say enough about the service that we received from KP (Kirpal Jimenez). He actually drove all the way across the county to pick us up the day I can't say enough about the service that we received from KP (Kirpal Jimenez). He actually drove all the way across the county to pick us up the day before Christmas Eve because our car broke down. He promised he would find a car in our price range and exceeded our every expectation. We drove off the lot in our 2014 Chevy Spark that night and was able to make it Christmas Dinner with family in south Florida. As far as I am concerned KP saved Christmas for my family. The price was fair and there was zero haggling necessary. Thank you again KP! More

Unexpectedly pleasant and smooth experience We had picked out a vehicle online from their inventory before heading to the dealership and we were warmly and heartily greeted at the door. We had previously discussed a price and payment that we could not exceed and expected a long negotiation and probably leaving without making a purchase, but the dealership made and excellent offer that was just under our predetermined maximum without having to haggle at all. Even though it was a Sunday, the entire sale and finance process went very smoothly and we drove off in the vehicle of our choice at the price we were willing to pay. More
