Our experience at Orlando Kia East was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership!! We walked in the showroom and were immediately greeted by Alex Zayas. He was fantastic!! He really went above and beyond for us and answered all our questions regarding our purchase of a 2015 Kia Soul. When signing our paperwork, Hicham was fantastic as well. He took the time to make sure we received the best deal. It was not the typical "sign here" with no explanation. He treated us like family!! My wife and I are both professionals in a retail setting, and we were blown away by their extraordinary customer service. Wayne ended our great experience making sure we were taken care of and if there was anything that needed addressed before we left in our new vehicle. Alexandra sold me a Kia Soul 2015 and gave me mats and other accessories, full tank and first oil change. The guy from financing was very honest and straightforward. He told me about extended warranty and gap insurance, offered me to decrease my APR if I accepted that extended warranty, but as I didn't see much value for my particular case, he didn't try to push or convince me otherwise. Overall, an outstanding experience. If I had to give just one constructive criticism, I'd say that the loud latin music was making my ears bleed, but the whole experience was so nice that I didn't want to be rude and ask them to turn it down a little bit. I had a great experience from the phone call I made all the way to driving my new vehicle away from the lot. I had gone in for a trade. I did not expect nor did I think I was going to be approved for a new vehicle. Every one of the people I dealt with had not only great customer service skills but they also had amazing listening skills, when it came to hearing my expectations and my demands. They were all very patient as well and they made sure I understood every word before I even signed any papers. They were very relaxed and not the usual aggressive seller, hence making my experience very pleasant. Let me not forget to mention the great deal I got! This dealer gave me the best trade-in price out there, and trust me, I have been looking and checking around for almost a year! My sister also purchased her car from this dealership and I will certainly go back in the future. Thank you Kia! I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle! Woohoo! :-) More
Rushed This was my first time visiting this car dealer and even though the facility is nice our sales guy had no people skills. After we test drove the car he basically rushed us to get our information in the system because the bank closed at 9 not even giving us time to think and I informed his our credit was not the best and not to run it before we made a decision. After he put our info in the system he came back with the numbers on the car, once he realized we did not want the car for that price and we weren't budging he basically dismissed us, and then he said his manager ran o credit because they were closing. I am officially done with Kia dealerships, this is the second time they have done this. He did not even offer his business card or anything. He was upset we would not take the car, not very professional at all. More

The manager Hicham Belaharsa was down right rude. I acually refused to deal with him directly. Freddy Alvria was my salesman and he was very nice..he was the best part of the experience. But honestly what I am truly not satisfied with is the service dept. The oil changes and maintenance is very expensive and there are never any discounts or coupons worth printing. And to top it off the last time I went there and had a schedule II maintenance they did not change the cabin and air filter even though it was put down that they did. When I took my car in for an oil change at another business they showed me my filters and they were filthy. No way in that many miles those filters would look like that. When I called the service dept, I got the run around as expected. She was "pretty sure" they got changed and couldn't imagine why someone would put down that they changed them when they didn't. Really? Laziness on the part of the staff? Cost cutting by charging me for a part that wasn't actually replaced? Said she was sorry but made no offer of making it right. Surprise, surprise. Won't be bringing it back. More

Regular Service I brought my Amanti in for oil change and service. I had a call that my car was ready and that everything was OK. I was ready to go but decided to read the inspection report. There were a number of issues that were flagged. Why wasn't this highlighted, when I was called so that I can authorize the repairs over the phone and not make another trip and when I came to collect the car? This is a lost opportunity for more business plus great inconvenience to the customer. This was not the first time so I would not blame the employees. It is an issue of not having a protocol to follow. A simple checklist for the employee would help : Did you inspect the car with the client on arrival and before releasing the car? Did you brief the client on the phone and when he came to collect the car about the inspection report? More
