From the moment I arrived I was greeted promptly by Javier who listened to what vehicles I was interested in viewing. He showed me some new models and then we went to check out the used a lot. He showed me some used models but then showed me some different options based on what I was looking for. We went for a test drive then sat to talk about numbers. This is the part about buying a car that gives me anxiety but the staff here treated me with absolute respect. Hicham got involved a little into the discussion and while he is very good at his job he respected my thoughts and even let me leave with a quote so I could go home and think about my options. I enjoyed the car and the staff so much we were back within the hour to make the purchase. My only gripe is that it took three days for me to actually get the car due to the inspection and detailing offices being closed and/or not getting to my vehicle. And now that I finally have the car I have to return this weekend for them to reset the radio as it does not currently work due to them changing the battery on the car and not resetting the radio then. Other than that, overly positive experience. Thank you! More

I usually equate car shopping with going to the dentist, but this was quite the opposite! Anthony Sermons was my salesman and he went above and beyond with this deal. I came in looking for a new car and didn't think I could trade my car in because the condition it was in, but somehow he was able to get me way more than what it was worth. Everything from the introduction to the close was a wonderful experience. Hicham Belharsa was the finance manager I dealt with. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything I was signing. Wayne Osso is the customer relations manager at that location. Wayne took the time to be sure I was happy with everything from the car to the service. He also made sure I did a final inspection on the car before I drove away. Oludare Baloye is the manager at that location and this experience is a credit to the type of manager he is. The energy, friendliness, and all around service at this location is second to none. I definitely would rate them 10 out of 10. Thanks to them I am riding to work in my brand new KIA Soul and couldn't be happier!!! More

This dealer is why don't like dealearships After spending a week on the phone and being assured we had a deal based on my trade and no extra cash, then it changed they offered me 200.00 for a w After spending a week on the phone and being assured we had a deal based on my trade and no extra cash, then it changed they offered me 200.00 for a wholesale trade in car priced at 1500.00 and they needed a 1000.00 to do the deal the biggest BS dealership ever it's like dealing in the 60s or 70s very old school and untrained.to be fair with Anthony since the manager i made the appointment with and confirmed with the night before I was on time and he blew me off when i arrived. I’ve NEVER had a better experience than I did here! I’m a single mom whose daughter attends UCF. She had a problem with her vehicle. So I came to town, for the day, to take care of the issue. Her vehicl I’m a single mom whose daughter attends UCF. She had a problem with her vehicle. So I came to town, for the day, to take care of the issue. Her vehicle couldn’t be fixed that day, so we made an appointment and they assured me they would take her back home after she dropped it off to be repaired, so she could get to her classes. While fixing the one problem, the mechanics came across other things that desperately needed to be fixed. Not wanting my daughter to go through this again, I asked for it to be fixed. And knowing that I was on a limited budget, they worked to find me the lowest prices possible for the parts. They made a very stressful time much more tolerable. They had her vehicle ready to go quickly, because they knew it was her only means of transportation and she had to get to work the next day. I felt like they REALLY cared about us...and they definitely have a repeat customer in us for any future service needs. Thank you soooo much Xavier...much appreciation to your Manager and team!! More

Lazy Service Staff I brought my car in for an oil change and your service staff don't come out to greet you, which is annoying but I could deal with that. Then after t I brought my car in for an oil change and your service staff don't come out to greet you, which is annoying but I could deal with that. Then after talking to the girl at the counter and her telling me it would be an hour and 15 minutes I go sit in your freezing waiting area. Two hours and thirty minutes later a guy calls my phone and leaves a voice mail my car is ready. Yet no one came to the waiting area to get me. So if I didn't look at my phone how much longer would I be waiting? After asking that to your rep he was like "oh thought you dropped the car off " but no apologies. And then when he tells me he is taking me to the cashier, I asked why I had the service warranty he asked why I didn't tell the original girl I had it. One you are the service rep, two no one asked me! If I didn't have this stupid service package I would never take my car back. When I was sold it, I was also told your car gets washed each time but that has never happened. So maybe take a little more focus out of sales and train your service staff on proper ways to treat your customers. More

He made me feel at ease, and really took his time to explain everything to me. He was patient and I have to say very knowledgeable. I didn't buy that same day, but took the time to shop around at other dealerships. I decided to go back to Orlando Kia East because of Jason. He really went above and beyond to get the best deal for me. I don't trust car sale people, but he did a really good. I recommended a few of my friends and family to this dealership as well. Best car buying experience I ever had and I've had a few. All the sales men were very nice. The finance Mgr was also super and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I will be back when I'm ready for another and tell everyone I know their the best. More
