You want to make things right? Talk to your sales team and tell them not to hold people hostage and refuse to give them their keys back! I'm still considering filing a police report wirh your business for attempted kidnapping. Also HOW DARE your agents bring down my credit without my permission. What a horrible pathetic way to try to get business. Absolutely shamefull and boderline criminal.
