These Guys are very, very, dishonest. DO NOT buy from them - go to a different KIA. They lied from day 1. I was sick so i missed a few insights not to go with them. They sold me a car with a dint and i asked for a particular car they sold me an identical one promising me all the extras still waiting. They took my car in to fix the dint, sent outside to a body shop, when asking how long it was going to take , was told will be longer as paint did not dry right, they did it again but that ruined the paint outside, marks all over. They also dropped off at my apartment and left key in it. It was a mess , the inside also all plastic ruined accept for where i still have the plastic on. foot prints on inside wall of car . Paint splattered all over. Now not returning calls, still waiting on all car fixing and accessories as promised . I am now going through BBB and a lawyer. These guys are dishonest at best . Turned what should have been a happy new car experience into a running nightmare. More
My son has a 2019 Kia Forte that was stolen 5/26/2023. These Kia Models apparently have a flaw that makes them easy to steal, and it has become a big problem for law enforcement. A “club” style steering wheel lock can help make it harder to steal the car. After retrieving the stolen and damaged car, my son went to the Kia dealership, thinking they might help him prevent another theft. Not only did they refuse to help, they flat Out denied any problem with Kia car thefts; even after being presented with multiple news articles documenting the problem. I thought Kia was famous for their customer service. Very disappointing. More
UNBELIEVABLY terrible service at this dealership today! The salesman was painfully pushy, took the key to my car I was requesting a trade in for and then wouldn't give back my key. Literally for hours kept saying someone else had it and refused to give it back or sent me to random desks to ask for it. Then he did a hard inquiry and put a ding on my credit WITHOUT my permission (yes I will be calling the credit bureau on Monday) He then said inhad to leave with a car today or it'll be 3 years before my credit recovers. Kept me there for 3 hours pushing other vehicles on me that I didn't want. In order to leave I had to practically beg for my key and promise to come back tomorrow. The salesman was named John and Manuel assisted him in this madness. More

Unless your vehicle is brand new and still under warranty, DO NOT take your car here for service or maintenance. No matter how big or how small they will charge you a $200.00 diagnostic fee up fron warranty, DO NOT take your car here for service or maintenance. No matter how big or how small they will charge you a $200.00 diagnostic fee up front. And then overcharge you for parts. I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in to have my automatic side view mirror fixed because the motor would not stop running. They wanted to charge me $700+ for a whole new mirror + and additional $200 labor. $900 for a side view mirror on a 10 year old car. I said no thank you, I can buy a whole mirror assembly for $75 off the internet and pay my mechanic $100 to install it! They disconnected one plug to stop the motor from running and put it back together. Still charged me $224 for "diagnostics". What a rip-off. Only take your car there under warranty or to satisfy their many recalls (like their cars catching fire and main bearing failures on some of their engines)! More
