The dealer was very responsive to identifying the problem with my new Sorrento when there was a manufacturing defect in the transfer case. It's tough enough as an out of state buyer, but I was working with Pedro Sotolongo on a vehicle. Spent over a week with him between messages, emails and phone calls. We came to an agreed price, then the bill of sales kept coming over with the wrong pricing. After a phone conversation and him saying he would get it fixed, he ended up ghosting me. I had funds ready to go. What a joke. I'm not sure what they are like if you are an in state buyer, but if you're out of state forget it. Their doc fees are also outrageously high. More
