The dealership was fine, I was just shocked by the prices since they were not listed online when making my appointment. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, when I arrived for my appointment there was no one around for me to give my keys, no one asked me if I needed help, I wandered aimlessly for 10 minute trying to find someo appointment there was no one around for me to give my keys, no one asked me if I needed help, I wandered aimlessly for 10 minute trying to find someone to help me, then when I finally found someone he was rude, didn’t say anything to me except “we’ll call you when your car is ready” and about some recalls that he could check for free — but no one told me when my car was ready so I had to drive there only for no one to have any clue where my car is. The service manager Joseph was so nice, and he was probably the most helpful person there and helped us out because once again we were uninformed that our maintenance package did not include tire rotation, however that is what we were told by the finance manager when we purchased the car. Then we spoke with the finance manager who completely lied to my husbands face about the tire rotation coming with the service package, REFUSED to offer us basic customer service, and then accused my husband of yelling at him when my husband was simply trying to get the truth out of him. I will NEVER visit this location again. Love my car, hated the dealership. Awful experience I wish I could leave 0 stars. More
