Upon visiting the Greenway Ford web site I had someone assist me via chat. The chat representative obtain all the information and after about an hour Miguel contacted me. Miguel was friendly with outstanding communication and he also returned my phone call in a timely manner. Every time I have purchased a car in the past I was at the dealers for hours and hours. Miguel obtained all the information I needed and when I arrived I did not have to wait long hours. THe car I purchased was ready. Also Albert (finance)was knowledgeable about the financing and could complete the financing paperwork with his eyes closed if he it were possible. He answered all questions without hesisitation and with a smile. I would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Miguel and Albert for delivering quality customer service. More
I was very nervous going into Greenway to look for a car. I did not have even close to perfect credit to say the least, plus I was a female shopping alone for a car......which at a lot of dealers can be a no I did not have even close to perfect credit to say the least, plus I was a female shopping alone for a car......which at a lot of dealers can be a not so great experience. My salesman I was supposed to meet was sick that day, so I met with Gaylord. He was wonderful, whatever I wanted in a car, he was determined to find it! He was friendly, positive, and helped me so much! I walked out in a very short time with a brand new Ford Fiesta that is just adorable! When the finance company asked for more cash than I had, all I had to say was "I just don't have it" and his response was "NO problem, we'll take care of it".....and they worked it out.....amazing! They gave me MORE than I had expected to get for my trade, more than the Blue Book value was even. I cannot more highly recommend a dealer, or a salesman, than I do Greenway and Gaylord! Also, Miguel called the next day to apologize for being sick the day I came in, and to make sure I had a great experience! Another kudos goes to the finance guy (can't remember his name, sorry!), he was totally nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me get the lowest payment and interest rate......again, amazing! Thanks guys, you don't know how much I appreciated all your help, and I hope your managers read these reviews! ;) More

I want to thank Jeremy Miller. He took the extra time make sure that the 95 Jeep Wrangler we purchased this afternoon,would be safe to drive. He personally escorted us off property & took the time to ensure that the car had the right equipment to start us out on the right foot. This culminated in a sharp, professional salesman rolling up his sleeves, getting gruff & oily with the undercarriage of our new car to make it right. He went miles beyond customer service, searching for the part up & down SR50 and make friends with Auto Zone & Discount Auto techs borrowing tools to fix a nasty fractured starter block . This gentlemen showed true integrity, kindness, sincerity and when all else failed he turned a bad situation into a really good one... His mechanical expertise and true grit to replaced starter block when the in house mechanics didn't catch it... He saved me from buying a lemon to feeling honored to meet an everyday hero;who really did sell me a nice safe car. He kept his promise... THANK YOU! More
I went into GreenWay Ford as a final solution of frustration of looking for a vehicle. Apon arrival Alex Gomez welcomed us and said this was the place to be. We gave him our price range and quiteria and he went out and found the perfect vehicle we request. We did not have to settle for anything less. We were concerned about the interest rate and he gave us hope and faith that eerything will be alright. We meet his finance manager and he also was very friend and ensured he would do all he can to make sure we could finance the vehicle in our price range. We left the dealer that night and recieve the best news ever and even better and returned the next day to pick up our new Ford F150 XLT. Alex gave us alot relaxing atmosphere and the confidence we needed in a time of seraching for our vehicle. things that are delayed does not mean denied. Have faith. Thanks Alex for that. Went in a few weeks ago shopping for a used car. Terrible experience. We were looking at used Fords on a Ford lot and the salesman knew nothing. He couldn't answer any of my questions and had no interest in finding someone who could. When we finally just asked for a print out of the two vehicles we were comparing the salesman came back with finance numbers. It became a VERY high pressure sales pitch. The price was very high only so they could "give you a good deal" by "giving you more for your trade". Only go here if you are a professional negotiator and know exactly what the car you are buying is worth and what your trade is worth - otherwise you are just going to be offended and disappointed. I have had other visits at this dealership and it is always the same. Update: Since writing this review I have been contacted by the dealership and have received an apology and assurances that my concerns have been heard. I can only hope that my experiences with Greenway will continue to improve. More
Horrible experience! I would steer clear no matter what! Every person we had to deal with in sales was rude and disrespectful. After taking to the internet one night after being at the dealership and watching the receptionist and some other sales people laugh at us we were called by someone in customer service. It is sad we had to take to the internet to get results. They do care about their online reputation. The customer service person we dealt with was able to get our new (used) car to us. They delievered it on Wed. at 6 p.m. (full tank of gas...that was nice) Friday at noon....the check engine light is on. We were reminded several times that we bought a used vehicle and that they don't have to do anything to it. Wow, not even a full 48 hours. So upset I started crying (literally) They have agreed to "participate" in any repair costs--not sure what that means. It's sad we chose Greenway Ford because we thought that a large dealership would stand behind their used car inventory. I've only bought 2 cars in the past (mom and pop shops) and one at CarMax (AWESOME all used cars have 30 days at least) and I'll be sticking to that in the future. I'll update once the "participation" is done. More
Greenway Ford is the ultimate of sleezy dealerships and sales tactics. My fiancee and I went to Greenway Ford to buy a new truck. Now we had done our research, and knew about how much these trucks were go sales tactics. My fiancee and I went to Greenway Ford to buy a new truck. Now we had done our research, and knew about how much these trucks were going for. The sales associate told us he did not have the truck we want in stock, they would have to ship from elsewhere. We told him we needed the truck by the end of the weekend (3 days away). They found a truck, but after asking where it was, refused to tell us. He then gives us the first quote for the truck which was $5,000 over what we had seen online. We asked for a better offer, and after going back and forth 5 times. He had come down about $2,000. We were still not happy and he sent over the sales manager. Who spent the next hour talking about price, and invoices...etc. with him writing a bunch of scribbles on a paper. He finally asked what our ideal price was, we told him and he said he would get as close as possible. He came back a thousand over that number. He kept pressuring us to make the deal today, which we told him was not going to happen we wanted to sleep on it and shop around (as most customers do). We got a final out-the-door number of $27,700 after spending over 2 hours of negotiating and game playing. After leaving here we went to another Ford dealership and sat down with a sales associate who found the truck we wanted on the coast (about 75 miles away) and gave us the first quote. I was so surprised, their FIRST quote blew Greenway out of the water - $26,000 out the door. With no negotiating, game playing or back and forth pressure, and it only took 20 minutes. Now to top it all off, we had Don Reid Ford run the VIN of the truck that Greenway was trying to sell us...and we were shocked to see that it wasn't even shipped from the Ford factory yet!!! It would take at least 2 weeks to be ready. They were trying to pull the old bait and switch, that's why they wouldn't tell us where the vehicle was located. I will NEVER do business at Greenway ford again,and will tell everyone I know the same. If you want an honest salesman and no games....avoid Greenway Ford. More

First, we negotiated for Greenway to provide the second key fob. There was some miscommunication in getting this worked out. Second, we picked up the car after it was detailed and it had a deep scratch on the bumper. We initially had difficulty getting in touch with the right people but once we did, Greenway provided the key fob as promised. They also repaired the scratch and provided a loaner car while the vehicle was in the body shop. All in all, after we voiced our concerns, Greenway stepped up to resolve the issues. More
