I then came in contact with Ric Roberts the manager, I really appreciated his honesty and upfront pricing and the amount which I was given for my trade. When I went to finalize the deal in Finance, I worked with Kevin and he was also very professional, He walked us through all of our options and in the end we left having a great experience. I recently acquired a used light truck for my business. Over the past few weeks, I have visited your parts department to purchase a few accessories for the truck, in this particular case, splash-guards, fr Over the past few weeks, I have visited your parts department to purchase a few accessories for the truck, in this particular case, splash-guards, front & rear. Leo in your parts department was particularly helpful and courteous, and it was appreciated. However, and unbeknownst to me, the splash-guards could not be installed because they were missing the hardware that would attach the guards to the truck. The problem, and I like to think I am a reasonable smart guy, I could not figure-out how to get the hardware on the truck for the front splash-guards; either did Leo or your Service Dept. -- However, the Service Dept sent me to the ‘Reconditioning Center’. As I was walking into the building a fella was walking out and asked if he could help me. I explained my dilemma and he took a look at my truck, even looking underneath the truck. He asked if I could wait for a few minutes and he would take it to the back and have one of his folks look at it. -- It wasn't my intent to have them install the guards as I had already paid a lot and wasn't interested in paying anymore… About 20-minutes later, he brought my truck around with the splash-guards installed; what a surprise. He told me that I needed to get under the truck to see how they fit, so while they were there they simple installed them, no cost… I thanked him and asked for his business card. He was your Reconditioning Director, Brian Peterson. A nice young man who obviously knows how to take care of business. I appreciate the professional courtesies extended to me by Mr. Peterson and Greenway Ford and will continue to patronize Greenway Ford for my truck needs. JR''' More

I had googled F-150 Lariats for the Orlando area. There were four dealerships that had a vehicle I was interested in. I 'contacted' the dealership through the internet and had immediate responses from two were four dealerships that had a vehicle I was interested in. I 'contacted' the dealership through the internet and had immediate responses from two. The first was a dealership in Bartwo, FL. While the internet sales rep was pleasan, I was not satisfied with the answers to questions I had asked. The other contact was Diego Barroso, the internet sales rep for Greenway Ford. I exchanged several e-mails with him and also discussed the vehicle I was interested in on the phone. I set a late afternoon appointment. Upon arrival we met with Eddie Faraldo. I must say that his pleasantness, ability to answer all my questions and non-confrontational behaviors made this car buying experience a pleasant one. I have owned oer 30 cars during my lifetime and most of the negotiations were adversarial. Not so with Eddie. At the end of our negotiations I felt that i had received fair value for my trade and that the dealership had sold me a vehicle market priced. I had done a considerable amount of research on this truck and on my trade. My wife and I were both very pleased. We next met with Robert Hoffman in Greenway's credit department. Even though this was a cash deal someone had to do all the paperwork transferring the new truck to us and that was Robert. Again, a very affale employee who was efficient, courteous, and helpful. Bottom line, both my wife and I joked on the way home how much fun we had buying a new vehicle. What a change from the past. More
