You cant trust all dealerships.. Was happy to purchase my car but the last few times I've had it service it has not been pleasant.It seems everytime I go in for a service theres a pro Was happy to purchase my car but the last few times I've had it service it has not been pleasant.It seems everytime I go in for a service theres a problem remind you I've only had the car for less then 2 years and problems since the 1st year...Once I took my car the next day battery is dead need a new one.Another time my brake fluid light was beeping brought the car in to get an oil change and get it checked.I asked if they filled it and was told yes.Liars..I get in the car first thing the light is beeping. I park ask her if they did and she says yes that now it can be some brake fluid sensor and need to get a diagnostic.Next day I decide to fill the brake fluid less then 24hrs and the cap is so tight me nor my spouse can unscrew it.Had to get a tool to open it.When we finally open it you can tell they sabotaged the situation since a few days before I had put fluid with no problem so that tells me they didnt do there job and didnt want me to know..I'm very upset because I pay for an extended warranty and pay a good amount a month for my car so I expect to get good service not a half fast job by so called certified mechanics in a well know dealership.. More

Accident repair Don Henson was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the estimate and subsequent repair of my vehicle following a minor traffic accident. Don Henson was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the estimate and subsequent repair of my vehicle following a minor traffic accident. I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning and it was ready in the middle of the afternoon of the same day. When I returned to pick the vehicle up , it was repaired perfectly and it was also detailed and looking brand new! I would highly recommend Greenway Ford Collison center and Don Henson. More

I had been searching for used Hyundai Elantras for about a month when I happened to notice one at Greenway Ford. I inquired about the vehicle over the phone because I live about 2 hours away from Orlando and was returning home from a trip to visit some friends in South Florida that weekend. From the moment I spoke to will on the phone 3 hours prior to my visit, I got the sense that he would never be pushy and would make the purchasing experience a positive one. Never during my entire visit to Greenway Ford did he push me to purchase anything I didn't want or try to get me into more expensive cars. He listened to all my concerns, was helpful during the negotiation process, and even got me a full tank of gas for my 2 hour trip home. When there was a slight issue with verification of the personal check I wrote for the cost of the vehicle, he helped me work it out so that I could wire the money from my bank when I returned home. I'm more than grateful for this experience as it was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and I was relatively nervous. If there had to be any negatives about my experience, it would be the woman working at front desk when I entered. She was rude and condescending and was not at all helpful when the check verification process reached a snag. She made myself and my partner upset and didn't care that she did so. However, I will recommend Will to all my friends and family in search of a vehicle, even if they are not in Orlando. Overall, It was a great experience and I'm extremely happy with my vehicle! More
