Long wait, overpriced, and poor service waited 2 hours to get a $100 synthetic oil change. dealership I usually go to takes 30 minutes and is only $70. I was also going to get a tire rotation so they took off my hubcaps and said my lugnuts were swollen, which is understandable and I chose to wait, yet they put my hubcaps back on so terribly that the next day one of my hubcaps was missing and they did nothing to make up for it when I called and let them know. in addition to that, 2 days later I had a service symbol pop up on my dash, I checked under my hood and there was obvious battery corrosion. pretty sure if they opened my hood to change the oil they should have been decent enough to let me know that my battery was corroded...but no, they didn’t. More

Will be purchasing all items described in recall campaign and will be performing recall myself as per campaign... and once repaired will be contacting an attorney!! Shop somewhere else! My husband and I had a horrible experience at this place. We were coming to the area for a conference and since we were also car shopping we decided t My husband and I had a horrible experience at this place. We were coming to the area for a conference and since we were also car shopping we decided to look online to see if there was a suitable car in the Orlando area. We saw the car online and inquired about it. We were told that we needed to put down a holding fee since it wouldn't be for a couple days that we would arrive. We decided not to do that and just wait to see what happened. We told them we were coming in town on Friday afternoon and made an appointment. A few hours before our appointment they called to tell us that something was wrong with the car and they needed to fix a suspension spring. We were upset since this made us have second thoughts about getting the car now. How could we be confident that nothing else was wrong with it. Also, now we had to change our schedule around in order to make time to get the car. When, we finally were able to look at the car they showed us the car and told us that nothing else was wrong. We were still upset because it was inconvenient to have to change our weekends schedule. Not to mention they only had one key for the car that in all the conversations we had about the deal they didn't mention there was only one key. We tried talking the Sales manager into giving us a break on the price considering the inconveniences and there was only one key faub. He literally told us that he's let 10 people walk out of the dealership that day over $100 and would so the same to us. I told him that I couldn't believe he said that. He proceeded to tell me that he's in the money making business and not the customer making business. How does he think he makes money?! He has to have customers in order to do that. ( I wished I remembered his name - he's an older man with a salt n pepper beard. The director should be able to figure out who this maybe by talking to Our Sales guy whom was Juan. Juan was okay but he could've communicated better with us about the car details before hand. He also, at times spoke a little rudely after having conversations with the rude Sales Manager. It was like he allowed the Sales Manager to rub off on him with his being rude. After being spoken to the way we were we walked out but ended up coming back Monday afternoon and we spoke with another sales guy (Troy Burns) and he said he would try to talk with the Sales Director (Theresa Martin) but she was not in that day. We proceeded with the Sale of the car with Juan and Troy but didn't want anything to do with the Sales Manager since he was blatantly rude. The only reason why we bought the car is because my husband liked it and we were at the 30 day mark with the loan approval. We were going to have to reapply with our bank and the rate had went up in between time. We were tired and ready for the car search to be over. I am upset that we took the treatment and still bought the car from them. The only thing that makes me feel okay about it is that we never have to see them again. To sum up this review, we spoke with the director after we got back in town(home) a couple days later. We explained everything that happened and how we were treated and talked to by the Sales Manager and that we should at least have gotten another Key faub since we were under the impression that two keys came with the car. We explained how we were inconvenienced, etc. She told us she would speak with the staff and call back. When she called back she said all she can do is send us a $50 Amazon gift card. She said that after talking with the staff it appears they did nothing wrong and that the car was already a loss for them since they had to pay to fix the suspension spring. We were sooo upset because they would've had to fix that regardless of us buying it or not. It was not our fault they bought the car from auction with the suspension spring being worn. We felt like they could've done better by us. We are good citizens and do what we can to help in our local community efforts. We felt like we were treated like we didn't matter. We have lots of friends in Orlando and will share our experience with them and steer them away from shopping with Greenway Ford. More

I think I got lucky with the best serv I have taken my recently purchased 2016 F150 Lariat in to Greenway Ford for warranty, recall, and service work. I think I got lucky with the best service advisor Terry Bennett assign to me. Terry keeps me well informed on how long the service will be, updates me with progress or problems with service, gives great recommendations. He checks my truck out prior to returning to me to ensure all issues are taken care of.the service dept. has completed all repairs to the truck completely, truck looks just like when I dropped it off, clean, no hand prints just like it was never touched. I recommend Greenway and Tony to everyone for their vechile servicing. Great team there at Greenway!!! More
Just a number Greenway is so big and busy that they have no time to really listen to you. When i went to pick my car up after servicing (from a manufacturers defec Greenway is so big and busy that they have no time to really listen to you. When i went to pick my car up after servicing (from a manufacturers defect that Ford refused to pay for), there was still a warning light on. I took the car in because of a warning light. At least the service mngr was nice enough to give me a rental car that night, but the problem wasnt fixed. Sent back the next day....warning light still on. They didnt listen to what I told them. I just said give me the car anyway. I couldnt handle it anymore. More

Piece of Crap Car I was sold a horrible car and was even told by the service person Tammy to trade it in as soon as I can. I bought the car in April and haven’t even had the car for 8 months. Bad brakes. Bad transmission. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way this dealership took advantage of me. You have truly lived up to the notion that all dealerships are crooked and only in it for the money! I am making sure I tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STEER CLEAR OF GREENWAY FORD FOR LIFE! More
