My Father worked for Ford Motor Company for over 25 years and only owned Ford Vehicles. I moved to Orlando,Florida and started buying vehicles from Greenway Ford after meeting Arsene, due to his straight for and only owned Ford Vehicles. I like that Rick comes along every once in a while and tells me what is happening. If there is something more expensive, he tells me the price of it. I had to have the fule pump replaced on my 2002 F-150 XLT Supercab. I guess when you have a 106,000 miles on a truck you have expect some things to breakdown. The only thing I can say positive about the experience was the service provided to me by Terry Bennett. I was very disapointed that they didn't wash the vehicle. I traded in a GMC and every time I took it to the dealership for service it was washed. We have used Greenway for service since it opened, and have also purchased 2 new cars from them as well. This dealership and its service department are very friendly and reliable. Many other places, such as oil change shops, treat women with a lack of respect, and many will try to take advantage of the fact that not all women know about cars. I live in New York and wanted to purchase a car for my parents in Orlando. I called Greenway and EZ was extremely informative and professional.
