We had purchased a 2008 Ford Taurus and brought it to Greenway for service and overall review of vehicle. Service was excellant. I have been a loyal Greenway Ford and McInerney Ford customer since 1990. I have known my service advisor for almost 20 years. I have taken my vehicles to other places, but I have always brought them b customer since 1990. I have known my service advisor for almost 20 years. Went to Greenway needing sparkplugs changed, dealt with Jose in the beginning, went in was quoted one price and they tried to charge another. A "manager" by the name of Geoff, was no help what so ever, eve Jose in the beginning, went in was quoted one price and they tried to charge another. A "manager" by the name of Geoff, was no help what so ever, even telling me not to thank him. Customer Service was horrible until I dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Terry Bennett. Terry Bennett is the ONLY person I will ever deal with again there. Even the cashiers are horrible. To busy discussing who the new girl was and when they are working.If you ever, ever need to go here please ask for him. VERY, VERY patient and understanding. More

I would like to recognize all of your staff for excellence in their fields. I have not had customer service this good in a very long time. Every area of you facility was operated by a professiona excellence in their fields. I have not had customer service this good in a very long time. Every area of you facility was operated by a professional and a good individual. They knew how to treat the customer and how to change a bad situation to good. The ladies at the front desk are cordial and quite entertaining as well as professional. Your service engineers/techs are very thorough and personable. I did not feel overwhelmed at all when speaking to them; all things were explained very well. I am very thankful for that. Your insurance reps/managers are very direct and honest and I felt like I was the only person that they were dealing with and never felt put off or forgotten. That was a gem in itself. I can honestly say that the unfortunate cause of my visit did not taint my view of your establishment...in fact I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to meet your crew. Although I don't wish to have another accident any time soon, if I do I will come back to you. I appologize for the long time it took to get this to you...I have been dealing with a lot lately. Terry Bennett was terrific to work with! We purchased a new 2011 Ford Focus and have had the car in for service twice since the purchase. We had purchased the maintance package to make service easier for us. We have not had a positive experienc in for service twice since the purchase. We had purchased the maintance package to make service easier for us. We have not had a positive experience both times we brought the car in. In both cases we had an appointment and were told the service would take "no more than one hour" for the normal maintance and oil change. Both times it took 2 hours to complete the service with no apology or explanation either time. We have owned many vechiles over the years and have gone to numerous service deparments and NEVER had to wait 2 hours, with an appointment, for normal maintance and an oil change. There is no excuse for this. When I expressed my displeasure with Kyle for the amount of time it took on the first appointment and this appointment he just made excuses with no apology nor offer of even a cup of coffee. We don't have two hours to sit around waiting and we have no other obtion but to wait for the car to be done. In addition, there were several other customers who came in after I did and were in and out in 45 minutes. One couple I spoke to was having the same thing done to their car as we were and they came in a half hour after us and left 40 minutes before our car was done! We had different service managers so we don't know if that had an effect. It looks poorly upon your dealership when simple maintance issues take this long to complete. We are very concerned if we had a real issue what amount of time I will take. We aren't looking forward to sitting at the dealership for 4-6 hours in that case! This is an issue we feel must be addressed and corrected. If service cannot be completed in a timely manner than don't make the appointments with the customers. Rick was very friendly. I had my 2010 F150 in for 15K mile service. Also had three kids in tow. Rick got me in and out quickly and had no problems debiting a due bill I had in possesion for the oil/fil mile service. Also had three kids in tow.
