Apparently, while it was in the shop, my car was leaking fluids which the t Never come Back! I came in for a simple service on my personal vehicle. Apparently, while it was in the shop, my car was leaking fluids which the technicians saw. They decided to not disclose this to me. Once I was a few miles down the road, my coolant light came on and the screen in the middle of my car said STOP. At that time, I pulled my car over to avoid any engine damage to it. At that point, I called back the dealership and got a hold of my service rep there. When he looked into it, he said the technician saw the leak while it was there but decided to say nothing to me. I don't know why you wouldn't but I still don't get why they withheld this information from me about my personal car. This shows me they have something to hide. From there, I managed to talk to the Service manage and then eventually to the Service & Parts Director. From there, they decided to tow it in and have a look at it. So I agreed to that as being reasonable. When they were looking under it and showed the car to me in the shop, they did not find the appropriate place of the leak. Instead, they pointed to some old stain there from anything else but coolant. It was actually I who pointed to them where it was. After that, they were very misleading to me in every way possible just saying it was an old leak and then pointed out other things of my car as I was under it doing a 'show' to me. I am no fool and I did not appreciate being treated like one. The last thing the director offered was to put water in the vehicle. Look, FYI, you do not put water in after a possible overheat in the car. So I really question these people knowledge in vehicles... and especially their technicians who service the vehicles.. I did a little non-bias inquiring around with other dealerships and explained a scenario like mine. They all said that if there technician were to have seen anything like a leak, they would of said something right away. I even talked personally to a Lexus Service Manager and he said he would fire the Technician and Service Rep if they didn't mention it once your car left. Its clear to see here, that Greenway Ford does not put customers first. They did little to right my wrong. They do not share transparency in the work they do in your car either and that is scheming to me. I would not be surprised too if they have their own posting on this site to keep their points up because I have been here to this place with a few cars from my family owned lot and it has not been the best service each time... I will not bring here another vehicle again and we do have our share of diesel, commercial and personal vehicles. I love Fords and I do think they are good vehicles. I just don't think Greenway Ford actually care about its customers. They just care about the final dollar amount at the end of the day. Though I do mention I am a dealership, I am not in any way attached to DealerRater and I do not choose too. Also, this is not a review on their Sales, it is a review on their Service Department. Remember, all Ford vehicles have a manufacturer warranty and you can take them to any Ford Dealership. If this website is real about trying to create a face value to dealerships, you will be able to read this post. More
BE VERY CAREFUL!! This dealership is the biggest rip off of the all. I have had 2 trucks in for service with bills way over $11,000.00. The parts were hundreds of dollars more than any dealer I called. Why of the all. I have had 2 trucks in for service with bills way over $11,000.00. The parts were hundreds of dollars more than any dealer I called. Why would Green Way be $400.00 more on a $1,100.00 part than two other dealerships in town! They charged $ 250.00 to remove two valve covers, when I pointed out that only one was removed ( it was obvious because of the dirt and oil was still on valve cover) there story changed and they told me they removed only one, $250.00 to remove a valve cover? What a Joke! Now 3 months after a 1,770.00 repair another truck is down for the same fuel pump they replaced 3 months . This is the same truck that took 3 times to repair before this. Not satisfied with this dealership, do not buy a Ford from Greenway. Service dept is a joke. I bought a New 2011 Ford F150 from these guys and the front end has very bad vibrations on the Hwy (anything o from Greenway. Service dept is a joke. I bought a New 2011 Ford F150 from these guys and the front end has very bad vibrations on the Hwy (anything over 65mph). This front end problem has worn down my front tires to almost 40% tread life left...did I mention that I bought this truck brand new only a couple months ago!! I took it in to their service dept and was told I need to purchase new tires...how about you fix the front end problem and then YOU replace the tires. Thats how you could of handled this situation. I will take my business and future business to a dealership that takes care of thier own. I only hope that this message will discourage any of your future clients to buy elsewhere...where they put the customer first. More
This dealership is the absolute worst ever, I bought a car there and the airbag light was on, after my salesman rick jordan promised it would be fixed and it was covered under warranty I took my car to th car there and the airbag light was on, after my salesman rick jordan promised it would be fixed and it was covered under warranty I took my car to the reconditioning department on Thursday September 1 to get fixed. The next day I waited all day to see what was going on, around 3 i finally called them since I had a feeling they were not going to call me, only to find out my car is UNSAFE for me to drive and they would have to keep it over the weekend. I then called Rick Jordan to ask for a loaner car only for him to say no they couldn't provide me with one, I had to go all labor day weekend without a car as well as find a way to work. Went the whole weekend without hearing anything due to the holiday. On tuesday I had to borrow a car just to make it to work called the dealership only to be transferred and put on hold and never finding out what is going on with the car. Finally someone called me to say that they could not figure out what the problem was and i would not have a car, after hearing this i called rick and he then put me in a rental for 2 days after I threw a fit. Wednesday and thursday went by and I still heard nothing after making numerous attempts at calling and being transferred, finally hear from them saying they moved my car to chrysler dodge service it is now the end of thursday and I have no car, I drive to the dealership only for them to tell me i Have to turn in the rental and they give me a loaner car, rick jordan then pulls up in a SMALL compact car that would not be sufficient and my daughters car seat would not even fit!!!! after telling him I will not take that car, he yells at me saying, "WELL WHAT THE xxxx ARE YOU GOING TO DO FRIGGIN SIT OUTSIDE UNTIL YOUR CAR IS READY TOMORROW AT 11!!!" I literally sat outside the dealership crying. It is now thursday night, I have to bring the loaner back tomorrow only to hope that my car is ready, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALERSHIP AND I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO FIND A LAWYER TO REPRESENT ME AND HOPEFULLY GET ME OUT OF THIS CONTRACT!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM!!!!!!!!!! More

With the exception of the salesman Jorge, everyone in the sales department at Greenway Ford should be seriously retrained in customer service or fired! Rude and apathetic, the whole lot of them: the receptionists are snotty, the salespeople arrogant, the tag department incompetent AND rude, and the managers EXTREMELY rude. No call backs from the managers ("Oh, didn't you get my email?" after told they will CALL you, and no, we didn't get it) and then no apology for it, with an attitude at that! Mr. Rossi, you need to step in before these people ruin your good name! Amy's people at her insurance office are wonderful...maybe you could get them to train yours! More
As soon as I drove up to the Service Area, I was immediately greeted by the Valet who informed the Service Rep I had arrived for my appointment. Jamie arrived promptly, with a smile and was very polite, friendly and most helpful, as this was my first visit to their Service Department. I did purchase my vehicle at Greenway. Jamie was courteous and professional and explained the process and what the fee would be for my service. I had one special favor and that was to keep my driver's seat where it was, if possible and not to move the settings. She made sure the tech complied. It was perfect! Oil change was done in a short period of time, actually, less than was told. Jamie came to the waiting area and went over the entire checklist of things taken care of that go alond with the oil change and then escorted me to the check out desk. The person at checkout was just as wonderful as Jamie. Went over the list again actually. Jamie brought my car key to me and asked if I had any additional questions, all with a warm smile and stated she had already set up my next appointment for tire rotation, without me even asking. This was great... I like the fact she took the initiative to make the appointment but in no way made me feel pressured and in fact mentioned if the date/time isn't satisfactory to let her know. From the time of my arrival; to time of service being completed, the staff couldnt have been more friendly, efficient and appeared to really enjoy what they do. Wonderful customer service! Thank you. After being completely satisfied with a remanufactured engine installed in our 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis, we contacted Greenway Service, Terry Bennett, to discuss our experience with a competitor who wor engine installed in our 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis, we contacted Greenway Service, Terry Bennett, to discuss our experience with a competitor who worked on our transmission. We were dissatified with the repaired transmission even thou they had an A+ BBB rating. Instead of taking the car back for more transmission repair, we decided to have Greenway install their 3 year fully warranted transmission. With Terry's help, the Transmission obtained by Greenway was installed and now we have a transmission that runs like it did when the car was new. Thanks Terry! D & B P Union Park (July 27, 2011) More
This dealership goes above and beyond to be friendly and courteous. The service and the price are very good! The atmosphere is comfortable with tv's and food available. Barbara was great and she explained everything to the point where it was easy to understand. I felt she broke the stereotype that car salesman were only out to make a sale and could care less how they ac point where it was easy to understand.
