More than normal service was performed on my wife's vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. As a woman, I think full understanding of why, when, where and how isn't to much to vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. When I saw the receipt at almost double my 1/2 ton truck's cost, she really struggled to help us make sense of the difference.
