More than normal service was performed on my wife's vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. As a woman, I think full understanding of why, when, where and how isn't to much to vehicle, with little explanation other than it needed to be done. When I saw the receipt at almost double my 1/2 ton truck's cost, she really struggled to help us make sense of the difference. Are you educating your customers of what and why OR just billing for what they agree to? More

Luv the service I received. James in service is so awesome. I rock with Hyundai in Greenville. They can service any car I own. Best service experience ever. I needed a routine oil change and to have some warranty work done for an airbag light. James in the service department was 5 stars from the very beg I needed a routine oil change and to have some warranty work done for an airbag light. Horrible service. They cracked windshield during service and didn’t feel they needed to replace it.
