Very knowledgeable salesman I showed up to Greenville Hyundai one afternoon just wanting to get a look at the used F-150 I had been checking out online. I was hoping to get an up I showed up to Greenville Hyundai one afternoon just wanting to get a look at the used F-150 I had been checking out online. I was hoping to get an up close look at the truck without being hassled by any pesky salesman. I parked close to the vehicle and jumped out to quickly survey the rig for any obvious flaws that might influence my purchase decision. As I was under the truck, laying on my back in the parking lot, inspecting the undercarriage for leaks or any underlying problems that might arise after driving off the lot, I saw a nice pair of black dress shoes headed my way from the showroom building. Being the “self-help“ man that I am, this was exactly what I had hoped to avoid. I don’t even need assistance when I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s on the weekends. I was approached by salesman, Justin Miller. I promptly gave him the “just looking” response. He was kind enough to give me my space while scanning the vehicle. I gave the driver side door handle a try and sure enough, it was locked. I looked over at Justin who had been patiently watching me do my thing, and to my surprise he had brought the keys out with him. He unlocked the truck and let me inspect the interior. He then asked me if I had any questions, and to my surprise I had a few. Justin was able to answer them without hesitation. Long story short, the gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle in question but also very knowledgeable about the rest of the trucks in the used inventory. Justin made the credit application quick and painless. I was overall pleased with my experience here because unlike most dealerships that I had been to, I felt no pressure to buy and I felt like Justin related to me on a personal level. I would recommend Justin and his staff to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used. He makes the process effortless and brings the excitement back to purchasing a new vehicle. More
