I don't mean a couple thousand, they really try to get you for every penny they can. DO NOT TRUST PRICES LISTED. I drove 2 hours to the dealership interested and ready to buy a car. It wasn't till near the end of the process they added their "Dealer Add ons" fees. The price went up almost 4K before the TT&L was added! I immediately declined and got out if there. Such a waist of time! More

The WORST service department We purchased a new Genesis from this dealership a few years ago and have had NOTHING but trouble with their service department. The car currently has a safety recall, and we can do nothing but leave a message for the service department and cannot even get a return phone call. This has been going on for several days. It had another recall awhile back, and I had to get in touch with the general manager of the dealership to get them to finish so we could get the car back. I am talking about days that they kept it not merely hours. More
