Patrick was calling my son not me at the 3rd day asking if I heard from the money. He didn't even refer to me by name but by Her. I have saved all correspondence with him to some day show how rude he was. I could have bought my car in mesquite only a couple of miles from my home but your dealership was recommended to us by an employee at your Chrysler dealership. After 4 trips and almost 400 miles on my brand new car I received it dirty which I can proved by pictures. At that point I was in tears and left. It took me calling the manager Kraig to get sweet Tracey to come and get my car(more miles)and wash it. As you can imagine I was very upset and disappointed I worked years to save for my very first new car. More

Bait & Switch Bait and switch - also look at reviews under the name "North Texas Hyundai," on Yelp which is the same dealership. We rec'd a call and text saying ca Bait and switch - also look at reviews under the name "North Texas Hyundai," on Yelp which is the same dealership. We rec'd a call and text saying car was available, drove over an hour to purchase. Car had been listed for over 60 days. Conveniently, the salesperson Zarina said someone "just" drove off the lot and offered to show us another vehicle. I have never been so angry that a dealership would be so inconsiderate as to waste over 2 hours of our time to pull a bait and switch. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will be filing a scam report and with headquarters to let them know about this horrible dealership's marketing scams. More
