Very Poor Customer Service We have been trying to get my daughters 2017 Hyundai refinanced. In order to refinance the bogus GAP insurance and extended warranty must be removed. We have been trying to get my daughters 2017 Hyundai refinanced. In order to refinance the bogus GAP insurance and extended warranty must be removed. FOR MONTHS we have been trying to get this done. According to ALLY they are waiting on Hyundai. And according to the bank the GAP insurance they sold her will NOT cover the difference AND it is double what GAP insurance should cost! VERY SHADY SALES and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
