Friends I saw a car I was interested in on the Internet. It was at Greenville Hyundai. I called and reached a sales Representative. From the very beginning sh I saw a car I was interested in on the Internet. It was at Greenville Hyundai. I called and reached a sales Representative. From the very beginning she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. we went to drive the car and arrived late, we were met at the front of the building by a man that was very willing to help in any way. He directed us to the sales Rep.we asked for and she was just as helpful as before. We purchased the vehicle. Everyone we met was very nice. We returned another day to take a trade in to them. Again we were met at the front by another person and were treated the same way. All of our experience was so pleasant we feel like we made a new set of friends, not a car dealership. More

Very Poor Customer Service We have been trying to get my daughters 2017 Hyundai refinanced. In order to refinance the bogus GAP insurance and extended warranty must be removed. We have been trying to get my daughters 2017 Hyundai refinanced. In order to refinance the bogus GAP insurance and extended warranty must be removed. FOR MONTHS we have been trying to get this done. According to ALLY they are waiting on Hyundai. And according to the bank the GAP insurance they sold her will NOT cover the difference AND it is double what GAP insurance should cost! VERY SHADY SALES and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! More
