Best service experience ever. I needed a routine oil change and to have some warranty work done for an airbag light. James in the service department was 5 stars from the very beg I needed a routine oil change and to have some warranty work done for an airbag light. James in the service department was 5 stars from the very beginning all the way to the end of the process. He set me up with a loaner car and kept me updated. His customer service was second to none. Horrible service. They cracked windshield during service and didn’t feel they needed to replace it. When they finally did two months later, they refused to tint the windshield like it was prior to their damaging it. I will not go back to this dealership ever again. More
