My Husband and I had a radiator leak on our way to Birmingham for the weekend and it just so happened that GOD allowed us to breakdown on the same exit that this Ram dealership is on; 3 minutes from e Birmingham for the weekend and it just so happened that GOD allowed us to breakdown on the same exit that this Ram dealership is on; 3 minutes from exit. The service Manager and Matthew, and their team took excellent care of us during this very unexpected event. They went out of their way on a Friday, just before closing, to get our vehicle checked in before closing and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't an easy same day fix. However, they provided a loaner vehicle for us to get to our weekend destination and keep until our vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup. We couldn't have asked for better customer service, communication, concern, and knowledgeable staff that we received from Matthew and his team. My Husband and I are truly grateful and thankful for the outstanding, above and beyond service that we received from the service team at the Greenville dealership. God bless you all!!
