Traveling to take my mothers ashes to final resting place and had issues with truck after our home dealership had performed recall services. It was night and this dealership was closed but we stayed at motel and had issues with truck after our home dealership had performed recall services. It was night and this dealership was closed but we stayed at motel and waited for them to open the next morning. They got us in first thing and got us back on road within a few hours. Was traveling, my son whose in a wheelchair, from FL to TN when my 2018 Pacifica developed a problem. They drove us to enterprise rental car so we could continue our trip. We received a call the next day t TN when my 2018 Pacifica developed a problem. They drove us to enterprise rental car so we could continue our trip. We received a call the next day that the transmission problem was fixed and the work was completed under warranty. On our return trip to FL we pick up the van. The staff was friendly and very helpful in transporting all our luggage, wheelchair and son into the rental car. More
