Absolutely horrible customer service in the service department. Granted, the truck I was having routine maintenance completed on was purchased somewhere else and this was my first (and last) time at th department. Granted, the truck I was having routine maintenance completed on was purchased somewhere else and this was my first (and last) time at this cut-rate service center, but there is no instruction on how to get your vehicle to the right set of doors, no one offers to assist (they're too busy talking with their bubbas), and when you ask for help, they completely ignore you. I will never return, so it is a moot point, but I will also never recommend this place to anyone or allow a family member to have their vehicle serviced here. Complete contempt for the customer. I was waited on in a timely manner. My customer service rep, Ruel explained the services I would be receivng and gave me an approximate time for completion.
