Green's Toyota of Lexington

After dealing with a few dealerships in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, I called Green's Totoya. It was reasuring to have someone that was willing to work with us. Our experience with OTHER dealers was n and Cincinnati, I called Green's Totoya. It was reasuring to have someone that was willing to work with us. Our experience with OTHER dealers was not good. In fact they lied to us. When I called Green's and explain our experience, they were more than helpful and did a great job meeting our needs. The entire deal was done over the phone with no pressure. We were so pleased that we drove down that day and bought the car. The guys at Green's made us comfortable enought to purchase a new car after we had already decided to against it based on our previous experiences. Thanks a bunch. More

My husband and myself were VERY pleased with the service we received while leasing our first new Toyota vehicle. Our sales consultant was awesome. I brought my Camry in to Green's a couple of weeks ago to the service department because I had a flat tire. I ran over a piece of glass in the road and needed a new tire. He saved me money and was extremely courteous!Last week I had to bring my Camry back to Green's because of two recalls. Suzanne Chapman was my service advisor. She got my car right in and I used the free shuttle service back to work. She explained in detail everything the technician would be doing as a result of the recent recall on Toyota Camry. I have never been treated so nice in a service department. My car was clean when I picked it up! I will never service my car anywhere else but Green's Toyota! Thank you Suzanne and Mike!!
