The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable, the food service is really good and the lady who works there is so sweet! She makes her own special deserts daily and although I didn't have one, everyone was talking about how good they were! While they work on your vehicle, they give you a token for a free drink which I think is a really nice touch. I bought my 2015 Rav4 from here and will keep coming back for sure! More

Came in for service, left with a new vehicle. We were just passing through Lexington when electical problems arose with my Prius. Though the service department had scheduled appointments for the entire day they managed to squeeze my car in for a inspection only to find out a Friday afternoon was not going to be enough time for the repairs so a rental or new car was considered. Chad, Ray and their team made the experience of buying a new RAV4 as painless as they could for out of state travelers. Just sorry they are not closer then the 500+ miles for continued service. More
