I really like our Service agent, Bob Myers, we call him our car man. I feel like he really listens to my concerns and explains things well when work is done - I never get that stupid woman feeling. Excellent service from Bob Bob Myers was very pleasant when greeting me as I drove into service area. He explained what they would do when servicing my RAV4.
