Using excuses, not following up, tried to ensure we, the owners were to pay half the cost of power steering problem when power steering is covered under the 3000 mile warranty which was posted in all the sales desks. Never will we deal with Dean at Green Toyota and I hope no one else will need to. Recommend Angel who took over this situation for us and got job finished in a week what dean could not do in a month. More

2017 Avalon purchase We were looking for a 2017 Avalon Limited and there weren't any available in the Peoria/Pekin area where we live, so we started checking towns less th We were looking for a 2017 Avalon Limited and there weren't any available in the Peoria/Pekin area where we live, so we started checking towns less than 100 miles from us. We found one at Green Toyota in Springfield, IL and I called to make sure they still had it. I was told that they just had that pne and it was on the showroom floor. When I told them that we would come down the next day to see it, I was told that they would call me if it happen to sell before then. When we arrived they were very accommodating in getting the car off the showroom floor for us to drive. Our salesman was very easy and fair to deal with and after we purchased the auto, he had them rush to get the car ready so I could get home in time for my Dr appointment. More
