The service Manager, Julie has been very unhelpful, dishonest and flat out REFUSED to help us file a claim with our Green For Life Warranty. The whole experience has been a nightmare starting with her dishonest and flat out REFUSED to help us file a claim with our Green For Life Warranty. The whole experience has been a nightmare starting with her trying to say that the repairs were not covered and offering us a 25% discount instead (they are according to the warranty paperwork) and I will be encouraging all of my friends and family to avoid using their store for repairs. She has been very rude and her customer service skills are nearly non existent. We have had to contact an attorney to get involved. Beware!!! More

My daughter’s car’s Check Engine light came on. We brought it in Saturday morning. Brian Weyl, who has always been so helpful to us said he would have the mechanics get started, and they fixed it b We brought it in Saturday morning.
