For the cost of repairs and service at a dealership, I expect good service and communication. To my knowledge, the repair was done adequately, but the communication was poor. I told the person I was working with 3 times to change the cell number associated with the account. The number was not changed and I was not informed of updates with my car. I had to call both days in order to find out if my car was finished. The first day, it was finished for several hours and I was not notified because they texted and called the phone number I asked them not to use; because of this I was 45 minutes late to an appointment. The second day it was the same type of situation. This was something that could have easily been avoided. Communication about the repairs was not very clear either. They refuse to refund the VSC as required by law. I gave them all documents outlined in the contract. They ignored me in person, on the phone, via email. They finally gave me a company that processes cancellations. This company doesn’t process cancellations they are paid to help them avoid them. They have no contact information and require documentation that is not possible once you sell a vehicle. I found contact information if you want to hire this company and they told me the whole scam when I acted like I was a dealership. More

They said that the volume nob which broke off my 2024 Tundra wasn’t covered under warranty. I called the dealership where I bought the truck and they told me it was covered, as well as Toyota had issued Tundra wasn’t covered under warranty. This is not a way to service your customers, and it goes to prove the reason I didn’t purchase from this dealership and went elsewhere. More
