We took our car in for brake line recall. After repair, the car was nearly undrivable. To make it stop, we had to stand on the brake and take twice normal distance. They did fix the issue. Someone left air in the brake line after recall work. A casual “sorry about that” when we picked it up didn’t seem adequate to the situation. This is the 3rd time that I asked the service to fix an issue with the left front wheel, this was the 3rd time they could not determine the root cause of the problem. The diagnostic and repair was great, thanks for that but my car was dropped off Sunday night for Monday appointment and I got a text to provide my warranty information which I did. The repair cost was approved by the Company but I did not get any text back to let me know how long it will take to complete the repair until I texted to inquire about it on Thursday then I was told they just got the parts in and it may be completed by following Tuesday. I then picked up my truck same day it was completed and paid my deductible. I brought in my truck washed clean and picked it up nasty filthy because of where it was packed for days pending the repair day thus I have to wash my truck on my way home. More
