After being told they had parts and would start immediately, 9 days went by with no communication and no response to my inquiries. After we took it upon ourselves to show up in person to ask for a immediately, 9 days went by with no communication and no response to my inquiries. After we took it upon ourselves to show up in person to ask for a status update we found out no work had been done. Thereafter work was performed promptly however we had to return the vehicle 3 times after “fixed” and still not 100% correct. Disappointing to say the least. More
Work on the engine short block replacement performed well. However, when I received my vehicle, I noticed scuff damage to my headlight lens. The service advisor admitted damage and agreed to replace it well. However, when I received my vehicle, I noticed scuff damage to my headlight lens. The service advisor admitted damage and agreed to replace it at dealer's cost, but after a month, it still said waiting on replacement part. I will change to 5 star once my lens is replaced. Otherwise 3 star. More
