Easy Buying experience without high pressure sales gimmicks Our sales contact , Lawrence Chetty and our product specialist, Uche Obi, were both great to work with. My wife and I had originally thought about an Our sales contact , Lawrence Chetty and our product specialist, Uche Obi, were both great to work with. My wife and I had originally thought about an Explorer but after my wife and I took a look at the Edge we became intrigued. Lawrence worked with us on a couple of test drives and Uche took the time to really explain all the pros and cons regarding leasing versus buying. They were really tuned in our what our needs were and on what we were looking for in a new car purchase. Best car buying experience I've had in a very long time. I would have given 5 stars, but what was initially estimated to be a 3 to 5 day job turned into almost 3 weeks-but my understanding is that the delay was due to "unseen damage" that was discovered only after repairs began. (At which point, there had to be a lot of "back and forth" with the other driver's insurance company, and then there was a wait for parts that had to be ordered.) I'm actually very thankful Green Ford was so thorough-in spite of the time factor. (Thankfully, I had a paid rental car, so the extra time didn't create the hardship for me that it *may* have for someone else.) The extra time makes me feel more confident that things were COMPLETELY-and not just "visually"-repaired. OVERALL GRADE A-. Thank you! More
