I have tried to contact them since Monday in regards to my gap coverage that was canceled and I went there to cancel my warranty and instead my gap was canceled. This is poor customer service and I am not pleased especially since I have had issues with my car since I bought it in May. Also, I went to try to get my car serviced and the front end looked at, at quick lane and they told me they don't have the proper equipment to work on Mazdas but yet I was told they inspect the cars that are not fords so how was this car able to be sold if they don't have the proper equipment to work on it? Just my thoughts. The Customer service is not there. More

They don't hold up to their word. Took my van in for servicing and to have it fixed it was never fixed. Spent over $1,500 for it to turn around and do the same thing less than a week Took my van in for servicing and to have it fixed it was never fixed. Spent over $1,500 for it to turn around and do the same thing less than a week later. Dealership told me that they would fix it free of charge because the parts that they had just put on was under warranty. Took the van back to have them do it and they tried to charge me another $1,500. Spoke to someone in service got attitude spoke someone and customer service and was told there was nothing I could do about it. Asked for management no one showed. So now I'm stuck with the van and still having issues and I'm out of $1,500. When I initially took my van in they told me it would be a one day fix. They had my van for 5 days. I asked if they had a program car or some car that was rentable and nothing was giving no service or help was giving in that area. I lost out of time of work and now I'm out of money on both ends More
