This dealership has always had my back for the past decade+. They have exceptional staff members in every department. The service department is always friendly and never tries to upsell or overcharge t decade+. They have exceptional staff members in every department. The sales team has always helped me out in finding the cars I want and pay attention to my needs; Uriah Rorie was exceptional when he helped me order my newest mustang. Even going into the financing department, the financing person that I met with helped me out sorting through the paperwork and he really helped me out with understanding the warranties offered and helped me find the best warranties for my needs. The follow up on my recall service appt. was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. When I finally picked it up I had a brake failure within 2 miles be was very weak. I had to call multiple times to try to see if my car was ready. When I finally picked it up I had a brake failure within 2 miles because they did not fully tighten the new brake hose connections (very dangerous). Apparently no post-maintenance test drive was done? When I took the car back it was immediately fixed. The only other good thing was your awesome shuttle bus driver. More
The car (2000 Focus ZTS) was towed into Green Ford Lincoln on Sep 30. The problem was not evaluated until I submitted a poor review approximately four weeks later. Notification that the agreed upon work was finally completed came on Nov 17. Apparently this job was treated as fill-in only, to be accomplished between Scheduled Jobs. As a long-time customer of Green Ford Lincoln, I am very disappointed by this experience. More
