The people was friendly, but it was a little confusing when three or four people helping you , and everyone was not on the same page . And when you talk to someone about it they wanted to go ask that person to confirm what you where saying . I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 2:00. I came back at 4:15 and my car hadn’t been serviced. I was told they were short handed. That isn’t the first time this happened.
