I was very pleased with my experience with the Green Lincoln staff. They were very knowledgeable and genuine. I didn’t feel pressure from anyone and I prefer shopping that way. 2007 Mercury So today 2/3/20 I called Green Ford to schedule service for My 07 Mountaineer and they told me they cannot work on it any longer. I do not remember the service adviser's name, but she was quite rude actually. I was able to get this service scheduled with Crossroads Ford in Kernersville. I guess they still work on Mercury vehicles. WHERE IS ASHLEY? She ALWAYS took care of my vehicles, and was understanding. I can't express how much she did to help with this vehicle. If I could rate this service on Ashley alone, I would give it 5 stars, but I cannot any longer. Ashley always helped me with this vehicle and never gave me excuses, and I wish her the best. So be forewarned, if you own a Mercury, be prepared to take it to another dealer. I think this is really strange considering I have taken this car to them for service many times in the past. Green Ford wanted me to take it to Quick Lane, but I'm not comfortable with them considering the level of service required. Quick Lane is fine for oil changes and things of that nature, but I just do not see how they can help with bigger issues. After all, their name is Quick Lane. Anyway, just to let you know, I will find another dealer to work with in the future, and will probably not use Green Ford to service my vehicles, or to purchase a new vehicle from if I feel the need. Good luck. *Update* 2/3/20 So I got a call from Scott I think his name was from Green Ford. I think he read this review. He apologized for for the misinformation and assured me that indeed Green Ford does service Mercury vehicles. I took the car in today, and am currently awaiting to get the vehicle back. Scott was very nice during our conversation, and apologized several times. And again, Ashley to the rescue! Ashley is very knowledgeable and more than willing to take care of my vehicles. She always keeps me informed about the status of the service needed and the cost. Hooray for Ashley! I have updated the star rating for this dealership. *Update* 2/5/20 So, here I am updating this review again... I picked up the car on the 2/4. No check engine light! They replaced Evap canister vent valve and the connector/pigtail at a cost of $344.48 plus tax. Was on my way back home on 2/7 and lo and behold, the check engine light is back on with the same code and symptom, small Evap leak.I called 2/8 but Ashley wasn't working so we shall see where this goes from here. I'm at a loss as how to rate this dealer now, so I will wait until I see what they are going to do about this and what the cost will be. I'm just so frustrated with this situation. I will have to be without a car again for another 2 or 3 days I suppose, and with my work schedule, I'm not even sure when I can get it to them.
