Great Service since the Day I purchased my car . only dissapointing thing is the the Coating is coming off all. my Wheels ,I took it back there just after 36000 miles and they said nothing could be d only dissapointing thing is the the Coating is coming off all. my Wheels ,I took it back there just after 36000 miles and they said nothing could be done about that .but other wise it's a great car .just tripped 50k miles More
Not a good experience. Was told I needed a new transmission and that my car was not drivable. My car had a recall. Air bags. Usually it takes all day, so I had my wife pick me up. Surprisingly they called me when I was in the car I was so shock the whole experi Air bags. Very friendly and patient in working with me to get an error corrected. My oil change was supposed to be free when Service Dept was made aware of this they put a check in the mail the next day. This was a horrible experience. The customer service associate was consistently rude and unhelpful. I also returned to express additional concerns once the repairs were complete and The customer service associate was consistently rude and unhelpful. I also returned to express additional concerns once the repairs were complete and was told there was nothing wrong, went elsewhere and thr problem was identified. A simple courtesy and listening to the client can go a long way. More
