Worst experience ever! ! Had my car for over two wks before a diagnostic. Lied to the claims department about work hrs to make it seem like they had my car for the least am ! Had my car for over two wks before a diagnostic. Lied to the claims department about work hrs to make it seem like they had my car for the least amount of time. Lied to the rental car place and told them my car wasn't there. After receiving my car on the 23rd day of them having it, my car shut off in traffic. Thank the Lord it turn back on. Took it to AutoZone to get the test done when your engine light comes on( which was the reason I took it to Green Ford in the first place). They tell me that my crankshaft sensor was bad. Took it back the same day I picked it up. They lied and said they fixed the wires because it shifted a little and then said it was my battery that is causing my engine to shut off. Went back to auto zone. Crankshaft position sensor is still not fixed and battery has 90% life. I would not recommend this place if my life depended on it! More
Brought my vehicle in for service in October for malfunctioning front windshield sensor . It's now January and they have not replaced my front windshield. I drove past my local dealership because I expected a better experience with Green Ford (50 miles away). After being lied to (quoted the wrong price) and being ignored when I called for help with a techn better experience with Green Ford (50 miles away).
