I asked to be called before any work be fix.Gave a list of issues that night when I made the appointment.They fix an issue that I didn't asked to fix that morning (the Bluetooth), when I dropped off my car of issues that night when I made the appointment.They fix an issue that I didn't asked to fix that morning (the Bluetooth), when I dropped off my car and signed the agreement to be worked on. Then tried to charge me. I called my warranty company they gave me a breakdown what the dealership called to get fix, and told me the dealership didn't call to see if the Bluetooth was cover or not. The dealership assumed it wasn't cover. the fact is they fixed it without my consent. but the warranty company did cover . The dealership claims the warranty company only fixed it because I was so animate about the claim. So my experience with the Ford service department was not the best experience. I felt like I was at a hustle shop not a 5 star dealership. It made me feel that the dealership was being dishonest and not being upfront. More
Awesome service during the COVID-19 pandemic. The offices were clean & people practiced social distancing. My service was fast & complete. We will visit again for all car purchases & maintenance. Not very pleased with Green Ford. My 2017 F150 with 41000 miles was in for a gear shift linkage problem. Everyone agreed it should not happen, wasn’t anything I did and nothing I could prevent but still was miles was in for a gear shift linkage problem. Everyone agreed it should not happen, wasn’t anything I did and nothing I could prevent but still was not covered by warranty or the dealer just doing the right thing and fixing it. I have purchased 3 trucks from Green in the past 8 yrs and will not return. More
