Terrible customer service. It took weeks to repair our truck and communication was a bare minimum. I called multiple times for over a week with no call back until finally Ashley called the next week to sa truck and communication was a bare minimum. I called multiple times for over a week with no call back until finally Ashley called the next week to say it was done with over $300 more work than I had authorized. I will never take any of my vehicles there again and wouldn’t suggest them to anyone else either. I will gladly drive to Burlington from now on. More
