Service center staff not wearing masks. Ridiculous. Ashley was the only one wearing a mask out of the 15 staff members I saw. I was very disappointed to see the lack of masks wearing by employees. Given that almost none of them wore a mask it's clear the company does not require or even encourage this practice. Currently the City of Greensboro is under a mask mandate so this is not only inconsiderate to customers but is in violation of the order This made me VERY uncomfortable and I doubt I'm alone as almost every customer I saw WAS wearing a mask. I will not be coming back to Green Ford until the pandemic is over. More

I went to get a oil change thought I was going to have a long wait ,I was surprise wasn’t no wait for service which I liked about it . Over all I was in and out bout 20 30min.
