On or about January 7th I brought my vehicle in for repairs and was told by Neal Hassle I needed to make an appointment. At that time I handed him a typed note explaining the issue. That being that when I took key out of ignition switch, and opened the door the vehicle gave a dinging noise, indicating key still in the ignition. When I tried too lock the door with the lock switch it gave a protest noise and would unlock all doors. About 2 months ago I turned ignition switch off and engine kept running. I contacted my regular mechanic and he said find fuel pump fuse and unplug, which I did. Engine stopped. Hasn’t done that again. One night my lights came on and I thought someone had opened a door. No one around. Next morning had a dead battery. I made an appointment for Monday, January 11th to have problem fixed. That afternoon Mr Hassle called and said they couldn’t duplicate problem. I advised him again what it was doing. I got another call and he said vehicle was ready. I came to Green Ford on Monday, January 18th to get my vehicle. They brought around front and went I checked to see if repairs had been done, problem still there. I went back inside and contacted Mr Hassle about the issue. I showed him exactly what it was doing this time. Another gentleman came over and wanted to know what problem was and I explained to him the same problem existed. I had my key in my hand and tried to lock doors and got a protest again. They said I’d have to leave vehicle. I told them that I would have to bring back in February. Hopefully they’ll understand what’s happening and get issue resolved. Maybe the onboard computer can tell them. Thanks More

I'm not new to the customer service game but the people working here need some training and please don't plan on anyone wearing a face mask during a pandemic. As the educated know, the mask is for others. Not wearing a mask shows you don't care and shows a lack of education.
