My truck is now sitting at your dealership for a week, with no response on when the corrections to my 2022 Ford Ranger will be completed. I have NO transportation to work at this time, and there is no longer such a thing as customer service where you are provided a loaner to assist you. This is the second time in 2 weeks that my vehicle has been towed into your dealership! What a LEMON my Ford is. It takes FOREVER to get the phone answered!!!! I would NEVER recommend anyone buying a Ford vehicle!!!! Service at both Green's Ford and Stearn Ford in Burlington definitely does NOT follow "The Blue Oval Certified Thumbprint is a symbol of our commitment to your satisfaction." I call BULLCRAP on this sign that you have in your showroom for display. Pretty sign, but does not follow through. When you mention issues to the one that sold you the vehicle, they give you the impression of "it's your problem now, not mine." Customer satisfaction is a thing of the past!!!!! More
The service department here is the ABSOLUTE worst! They have one employee, Sandra, who was VERY helpful, but EVERYONE else we dealt with was terrible, gave false information, wouldn't return calls, em They have one employee, Sandra, who was VERY helpful, but EVERYONE else we dealt with was terrible, gave false information, wouldn't return calls, emails, website chats, etc. Outside of my conversations with Sandra, I have not had even one DECENT experience here. This last visit, it took WEEKS of me calling and texting the service department just to get an appointment. Someone answered the phone or text every time and assured me someone would call me that day, yet no one ever reached out. Once I got the car in for the appointment (and I live 45 min away, so it's not like just running over easily), they didn't call me with an update or an estimate as I had requested, just randomly called and said it was done. Drove 45 minutes there just to find out they didn't even address one of the two issues on the appointment (that were ALSO said verbally at drop off), so had to leave it again, and drive back. (Good customer service would have filled the car up with gas before they did return it finally). Again, other than Sandra, who tried her best but is just one person....everything about this experience was terrible. Consumer beware! More
