The first time I took my Aviator in was to check my delayed wipers and adaptive cruise. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 am. I called the dealership twice throughout the day to check on status and finally got a call back at 5:40pm saying there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I picked it up the next day took my Manuel out and figured out myself what was wrong. Poor communication to say the least and serviceā¦I think it was over their head. Just this past week, I received two recalls on my Aviator. Again I called and left a message, after 4 days of waiting, I called again, 4 days later I received a phone call back. Thanks but no thanks. I am taking my Aviator to Montgomery Motors over an hour+ away. They answered my call and scheduled an appointment on the same day. I understand everyone is short handed, but communication goes a long way. More

I would never recommend this place to anyone and would never go back. My appointment was made two months in advance and my car sat there for 10 hours and not a single person looked at it. We received recall "fix-it" letter regarding airbags for the family EDGE. A date was set up last FALL at which time a replacement airbag was to be installed. Having been called the day before, verifying the part was there and were looking to install THAT Friday, I drove to and waited for the installation to occur--only to be told 30 minutes later that the part, which had been specifically ordered FOR us--had been installed in a different vehicle on that very day Green Ford called us! To this day, now Winter, we have NOT even been contacted, and the situation is, horribly, UNRESOLVED! Is this how Green treats customers? More
