Sold me an AS IS Toyota RAV4 with severe engine issues and would not stand by the issue with any integrity to get it so a disabled woman would have a safe car purchased at sticker price. The sales person was nice enough, but even Joey Wong, the owner, who I was told advised the actions to take with me, was free of any accountability. I did what my mechanic told me, took it overnight and had him inspect it for purchase, but the engine issue was not detectable in that short period of test driving. Females are victims as it is, and even taking a male with me to negotiate a potential fair solution, did not work. I bought a lemon at sticker price, and have learned never to trust As Is every again, and definitely not recommend this dealership. More
