I want to start by saying the dealership is clean, friendly, and welcoming. My salesperson, Lisa, was great and I enjoyed working with her. I was planning to purchase a CPO 2020 Honda Passport and was all set to move forward when we noticed a lot of condensation in the headlights. I asked for it to be fixed before purchasing the car, ESPECIALLY since it’s Honda Certified. I was absolutely shocked when she came back and told me the sales manager and service manager refused to fix it, and then said if I purchased the car and wanted it fixed, I could also purchase the extended warranty so it would be covered. I couldn’t believe it- they were essentially wanting me to buy a car with a known issue and then pay more to have it fixed. Luckily the issue was found before I moved forward and I was saved a lot of time and money, but to say I was shocked that this is how they do business is an understatement. I am truly blown away that they refused to fix a known issue! More
